1899 registered cover franked with a pair + single of the 1877 1a chocolate rouletted and a pair of the 1899 ¼a slate-blue perforated all tied by 'ULWAR STATE / POST OFFICE / 5 JU 99' cds with 'ULWAR STATE / POST OFFICE / 6 JU 99' delivery cds on reverse. Very late usage of the 1a stamp and the first mixed franking of bot the perforated and rouletted issue that we have handled in 40 years. Ex. Bill Tatham collection. 2025 ISES certificate.
