Essays of the 1905 issue with POSTAGE against colored background. The stamps were issued in similar design but against white background. Unused without gum as produced.
1915 1a carmine block of 4 with toned gum as usually found. One stamp hinged, remaining never hinged.

1917-20 1a scarlet vertical pair with only a small portion of the bottom stamp overprinted Sarkari with error, imperf between vertical pair.
1934-44 4p black vertical marginal pair overprinted Sarkari with error, imperf between stamp & margin.
1932-43 ½a light green with white panels perf. 11.3 on local cover, stamp cancelled by manuscript date cancel "21 / 9 /32" indicating a very early usage of the first stamp of Idar; SG lists the year of issue as 1932. Manuscript cancels are normal for early covers of Idar.
