1883 1a revenue stamp (KM 201a) horizontal pair with intaglio seal postal cancel. Temporary shortage of 1 anna postage stamps resulted in the authorized usage of the 1 anna revenue stamp for a period of only two months. Per Stanley Gibbons description card "The first such usage of a Bhopal Revenue stamp on postal cover that we have seen or heard of. K&M 202b (listed only after Forbin and Morley.
