1938 registered cover franked with 1936 4a bright apple-green on medium wove paper SG Type 'E' tied by Dak Raj Bundi 11 Jan 38 cds with three different annotations, each stating that the addressee refused to accept delivery of the letter, each in a different color ink, presumably by three different postman.
